As a co-founder of GCW, Diogo boasts a diverse educational background, holding a law degree and studying at esteemed universities like the Federal University of Brasil Rio de Janeiro, the University of Coimbra, and the University of South Carolina. Additionally, he's acquired a Certificate of Building in Australia from TAFE New South Wales and the University of Queensland. Establishing himself as a builder in North Carolina in the late 2000s, Diogo has brought his expertise to Australia, founding Giglio Construction, which evolved into GCW and GCD. With extensive experience spanning North America to Australia, his entrepreneurial spirit fosters long-term client relationships. His proficiency in construction and legal matters enables him to navigate complexities effortlessly, while his passion for innovation and technology sets him apart in today's market.

As GCW's co-founder and CEO, Frankie brings extensive experience and dedication. Starting at Giglio Construction, his contributions led to a partnership with Diogo, establishing GCW. With a Management degree from St. Mary's University since 2012 and carpentry certification in Queensland in 2021, Frankie merges academic expertise with hands-on experience to instil professionalism within GCW. Frankie's athletic background fuels his natural leadership, driving our teams with boundless energy and unwavering determination. Under his guidance, GCW thrives as a symbol of innovation and reliability in construction, dedicated to superior quality and service.
